Free beta tips

Practical ways to get value from Data Board in the first days — without boiling the ocean.

Free during beta. Start free beta

Tip 1 — Start with pain, not process

If your team already drowns in parallel jobs, don’t design a perfect workflow first.

Import (or type) the messy real list: active jobs, owners, rough status. Clarity beats templates.

Tip 2 — Limit the pilot circle

Invite people who feel the pain daily:

Expand after the board is trusted — not before.

Tip 3 — One question every stand-up

Use the board to answer only this:

Can we take another job without breaking the ones already running?

If the board can’t answer that in under a minute, simplify fields — don’t add more.

Tip 4 — Kill duplicate status channels

Pick one rule for the pilot:

Parallel status channels kill adoption faster than missing features.

Tip 5 — Name overload out loud

When capacity is red, say it in the tool and in the room.

Beta is the right time to pressure-test honest capacity — not to hide overload in a spreadsheet only three people open.

Tip 6 — Give feedback early

We’re a small team, based in Switzerland. Beta feedback shapes what we build next.

If something blocks your plant / mechatronics workflow, tell us — short and concrete beats long feature lists.

Tip 7 — Don’t wait for paid plans

There is nothing to buy yet. Use the product on a real multi-job program now; pricing comes later.
