Interim notice. These are interim terms for the free beta period. They describe the public marketing pages and the public demo. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.
Terms
These terms apply to the public Data Board marketing pages. Use of the live application is additionally subject to the rules of the organization that invited you, and to any later written agreement.
The site
The marketing site is provided as-is, to describe the product and point you to the live demo. We may change or take down pages without notice.
The demo
“Try the live demo” opens the application at app.databoardapp.com. Demo workspaces are temporary, expire after 24 hours, may be reset or deleted, and are not for production plant data. Do not enter secrets, personal data of others, or controlled information into a demo.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or scan the site or the application.
- Do not impersonate Data Board or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Do not use the demo to store real customer, employee, or plant operational records.
Intellectual property
Product names, copy, and design on this site belong to Data Board unless noted otherwise. The application remains a separate product hosted on its own infrastructure.
No warranty
Until a signed agreement says otherwise, the marketing site and the public demo are offered without warranties of merchantability, availability, or fitness for a particular engineering program.
